The offer is for a 70 sq.m. two-story house complete of kitchen, living room, two bathrooms (one per each floor), two bedrooms (a double bed and a bunk bed). The house id endowed with private garden, two entrances with small porticos, barbecue and sun beds, and a big swimming pool (shared inside the resort).
The house is within the Municipality of Sant’Anna Arresi though it is 1 km. far from Porto Pino beaches. The closest beach is 500 mt. from the house (see Su trigu and Su Portu).
